Felton Warren Brown

Felton Warren Brown 93, of Highlands, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 8, 2014.  Felton was born September 28, 1920 in New Waverly, Texas to James Brown and Mae Belle Brown.  Felton graduated from Robert E. Lee and worked with the Local 211 Pipefitters Union in the Petrochemical Industry.  He enjoyed ranching and spending time with his family.  Felton was a hardworking, caring man who will be missed by all who knew him.  He is preceded in death by his parents and eight siblings.  He is survived by wife, Joyce Yvonne Brown; daughters, Benita Metting, Myra Searcy, Verna Heath, Darla Smith; son, Dirk Brown and many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
A visitation for family and friends will be held Friday, July 11, 2014 from 2 -3 p.m. in the afternoon at Sterling White Funeral Home.  A grave side service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Sterling White Cemetery.
