Carolyn Ann Frick

Carolyn Ann Frick, 68, went to be with the lord on Friday, October 20, 2017. She was born on September 22, 1949 in Lake Charles, Louisiana to Sam and Lois McAlister. Carolyn worked for many years as a Head Bank Teller and retired from Cooler Graphics. She was married to her husband, Jim Frick for 39 years. Carolyn was a tough, loving, and wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed baking brownies and cookies, and loved animals dearly, especially her cats and parrot, Big Boy. She was a member of the Crosby Quilt Class, which fellowshipped together weekly to quilt and visit with friends and the Happy Scrappers in Beaumont. Carolyn will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Sam and Lois McAlister; sister, Sammy Unruh.

Carolyn is survived by her beloved husband of 39 years, Jim Frick; son, John Frick and wife Kirstie Frick; grandson, Chance Morris; sister, Pamela Holmes; niece, Lori Leger.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with a 7:00 pm rosary at Sterling-White Funeral Home. A mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:00 am on Tuesday morning, October 24, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 915 Runneburg, Crosby, TX. Interment to follow in Sterling-White Cemetery.
