Joseph Jefferson Brown

Joseph Jefferson Brown 63, of Crosby, Texas went to be with the Lord on December 14, 2017.  Joseph was born on August 24, 1954 in Houston, Texas to Joseph Elmer and Wanda Jean (Curry) Brown.  Joseph worked as a crane operator in the shipping industry and in his free time he enjoyed watching sports, fishing, hunting, rodeoing and spending time with his family and friends.  Joseph was a very easy going man who was always friendly and will be missed by all who knew him.  He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Jack Curry Brown.  Joseph is survived by his daughter, Kathryn Harpold  and husband Brian of Crosby; son, Zachary Brown of Crosby; stepson, Ronnie Weselka of Crosby; stepson, Gary Weselka and wife Krista of Crosby; grandson, Carter Harpold of Crosby; granddaughter, LoreLei Harpold of Crosby; sister, Donna White and husband Pat of Dayton, TX and many other relatives and friends. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 from 9am-11am at Sterling-White Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held on Monday, December 18, 2017 11am at Sterling-White Funeral Home with burial following at Sterling-White Cemetery.  Services have been entrusted to Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg RD.
