The Jones Family sends our thoughts and prayers in this difficult time. Wilbert (Fritz to me as long as I can remember) was a quiet but fun presence in the Kainer home. He knew how to have good time time golfing or whatever he was doing with Travis (Skip) and all us kids. He put up with all the crazy things we said and did but I like to think we got a laugh or two out of him. The good people and great friends we have in his children are a tribute to his life and legacy he gave us. The next time I have a peach schnapps out in the cold I'll say a quiet toast to Wilbert Kainer.

Although I never had the opportunity to meet Wilbert, it appears that you had a beautiful life together, a very nice family to love and be proud of, and a lot of good memories that you can carry with you through these difficult times. We had the privilege of meeting and visiting with Wilbert only the one time when you and he came to Illinois for the family reunion. He was a precious man that we fell in love with. What a joy it was to meet him. We are sorry that we will not have another opportunity to do that this side of Heaven. We love you and send our prayers at this sorrowful time for you and the family. Our hearts are with you as your mourn your loss. God Bless you all.
