Tribute

Adan Garcia Jr., 68, passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2020. He was born on November 11, 1952, in Raymondville, Texas, to Adan Garcia Sr. and the late Herminia Noyola. In 1974, he graduated from Lyford High School in Raymondville, Texas.

Adan was of the Apostolic faith. He was a man who pursued many interests, some of which included his love for cooking and feeding others. Adan found joy in spending the last few years of his life seeking after God, searching the Scriptures, faithfully and daily praying for his loved ones, and also sharing his love for Jesus with those around him. He also had an avid love for plants, birds, and nature in general. Everything Adan did was always done out of love with his attention to detail. He was a very selfless person who would be the first to give the shirt off his back to help someone in need.

Adan was a loving son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many who know him. He leaves behind his father Adan Garcia Sr. of Sebastian, Texas; a loving wife of 33 years Maria Teresa Infante; his children Yvonne Michelle Campos and husband Luis of Houston, Texas, Yvette Marie Gardner and husband Justin of Crosby, Texas; his grandchildren Luis and Jacob Campos of Houston, Texas, Madeleine and Reese Gardner of Crosby, Texas; his siblings Delores Rodriguez, Normalinda Garcia, Irma Hann, Diana Mangrum, Rodolfo Garcia Sr., Reymundo Garcia, Noe Garcia, Hector Garcia, Ricardo Garcia, Brooks Long; numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
