The family thanks the staff and hospice team at Castle Pines Health & Rehabilitation Center who cared for her the past few years with such love and attentiveness. Annette was loved by the staff for her humor and spunk as they shared numerous stories throughout her stay. The most memorable were those that included Annette barking out instructions while referencing her knowledge gained from having been a nurse!
