Barbara Jean Kuehne, 78, of Dayton, Texas passed away Monday, April 5, 2021. She was born Tuesday, June 2, 1942, in Memphis, Texas to Horace and Happy Palmer. Barbara was a talented craftsman who showed her love as a Florist throughout the majority of her life.
She was considered stubborn, and hardheaded to those who knew her, but through all of her feistiness, she was always a loving, hardworking, and compassionate woman. She would have the whole house decorated from the bathroom to the garage, lights, and stockings from here to there. She cherished those moments she was with her family; she loved them with every inch of her soul.
Barbara was full of life and so outgoing, and she surely will be missed.
Barbara was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Thomas A. Shugart, and her two brothers Butch Palmer and Ronnie Palmer.
