Brenda Lee Pate

Brenda Lee Pate, 52, of Atascocita Tx, passed away on November 27th 2022 with family by her side. 

She battled cancer for years, relentlessly refusing to let it take her down without a fight. She remained her willful, strong self throughout. May her unwavering determination give us all strength. 

Brenda was born on August 4th 1970 to Charlon Lawson and William Pate in Holland Michigan. She spent her early childhood in Michigan, then moving on to California, and finally settling in Texas in 1987. She graduated at Hargrave High School in Huffman, Tx in 1989. 

Brenda spent most of her life enjoying a career in banking. She was a dedicated mother and grandmother, and loved spending time with her daughters and granddaughters. She had a fiery spirit, determined tenacity about life, selfless nature, and gave unconditional love like no one else. She will be cherished and missed by all that knew her. 

Brenda was predeceased by her father William and her brother Matthew. She is survived by her daughters Ashley and Virginia, granddaughters Abigail, and Amelia, siblings Billy and Dana, and her mother Charlon Martin and stepfather Jerry Martin, as well as other extended family. 

Services will be held at Sterling White Funeral Home on December 6th. Visitation is at 11am and services will be at 1pm. You may send flowers, or donate to a charity of your choice in the spirit of Brenda’s giving nature.
