Clyde Holley Yelverton

Clyde Holley Yelverton Jr age 72, went to be with the Lord on Monday October 8, 2018.  He was born in Alexandria, Louisiana on August 10, 1946 to Essie Mae Campbell Yelverton and Clyde Holley Yelverton Sr. He enjoyed woodworking and fishing, but most of all spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He was a very friendly person who never met a stranger and would help anyone in need. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Beverly Jane Michalsky Yelverton; his sister and brothers, Betty Sue Wall and Wallace and Bobby Yelverton. 

   Clyde is survived by his children, Essie Michelle Guinn (and husband, Ronald) and Patty Yelverton Davis; his grandchildren, Fravella Jane Davis, Ashley Nicole Davis, Brandon Clyde Davis, Beverly Jane LeAnn Guinn and Derek Lee Guinn and his brother, Leonard A. Yelverton. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, on Friday October 12, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by services in Sterling White Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sterling White Cemetery.
