David Kim Legg

David Kim Legg age 61, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday January 31, 2018. He was born in Charleston, West Virginia on August 24, 1956 to Dorothy Lou Cantley Legg and Clifford Edward Legg. He enjoyed car racing (dirt track and dragstrip), motorcycles and car shows but most of all spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.  He was a very loving, giving and caring person who would help anyone in need. He was a very loyal family man and will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his parents.  David is survived by his beloved wife, Rebecca “Becky” Anne Johnson Legg; his children, J.D. Legg, Derek Legg (and wife, Haylee), and Kimberly Legg Walters (and husband, Zach);his grandsons, Coy Legg and Hunter Walters and his mother-in-law, Martha Johnson. Also survived by other relatives and many friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held at Sterling-White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, on Saturday morning February 3, 2018 from 11:30 a.m.  until 1:00 p.m. followed by services in Sterling White Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be private.
