Donna Faye Stutts

Donna Faye (Brown) Stutts, 71, passed away peacefully at her home on 11th June 2022.  She was surrounded by her family and children. 

Donna Faye (Brown) Stutts was born on October 10, 1950, in Columbia, Tennessee.  She was the youngest of three children, Carol (Brown) Hodge and Joseph Michael Brown to Ruth Genell and Joe Fletcher Brown.  

Donna married her high school sweetheart, Morris Allen Stutts on July 13th.  Donna & Morris later moved to Highlands, Texas to raise their four loving daughters: Tracie (Kistler), husband Larry, Jennifer (Stutts), Dana (Jordan), husband Mike and Elizabeth (Stutts). 

Donna enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, cooking, playing cards & dominos and watching her favorite crime shows. Donna loved animals and took her dogs with her everywhere she and Morris traveled.  Donna also loved to water ski and most often could be found with Morris and her girls on a lake fishing, water skiing and tubing.

Donna was a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin, grandmother and great grandmother loving known as “Nanny Stutts”.   Donna is preceded by her parents, Joe and Ruth Brown, brother, Joseph Michael Brown and husband of 45 years, Morris Stutts.  She is survived by her sister, Carol, and her children, Tracie, Jennifer, Dana and Elizabeth.   She also leaves, to cherish her memory, seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and multiple nieces, nephews, and cousins.
