Earnest C. Barker

Earnest Clarence Barker, 94, of Crosby passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 at his home in LaPorte, Texas. Earnest was born on September 18, 1925 in Fouke, Arkansas to Earnest C. Barker and Ola Lummus Barker.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Earnest and Ola Barker.

Earnest is survived by his wife, Perpetua Coker; son, David Barker; Step-daughters ; Stephanie Coker , Laura Aguilar; brother, Jerry Barker and wife Jan; granddaughters, Brandi Eckersley and Trevin, and Ashley Albright and husband Charles Alan; great-grandchildren, Brayden Eckersley, Kinley Eckersley, Landon Albright, and Khloe Albright; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

A visitation will be from 4:00p.m. to 7:00p.m. on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at Sterling White Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00p.m. on Friday, August 7th, 2020. Interment will be in Sterling White Cemetery.
