Eileen O'Rourke Rapisaldo

Eileen O’Rourke Rapisaldo, 92, of Crosby, Texas passed away on September 29, 2019. She was born on May 25, 1927 in Brooklyn, New York to William O’Rourke and Catherine Kelly O’Rourke.  She was feisty and independent, and came from a long line of strong women.  She was proud to be of Irish heritage, to be from New York and to be an American. A woman ahead of her time, Eileen went to school and worked as a 7A Administrator in New York City.  She was a wonderful and loving wife and mother.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Catherine O’Rourke; husband, Rosario Rapisaldo and daughter, Mary Rapisaldo.

Eileen is survived by her daughter, Eileen Rapisaldo and partner Carol Becht; daughter, Catherine Rapisaldo; grandchildren, Dennis Wilson and wife Rebecca, Charles Michael Wilson and Keith Wilson and partner Joanna Reyes; great grandchildren, Kirstin Reuter and husband A.J., Peyton Wilson and Charley Alexandria Wilson.  

 A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, October 3, 2019, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm at Sterling White Funeral Home with a recitation of a rosary at 7:00pm.
