Harold Morgan Giboney, 79, of Crosby, TX. passed away peacefully on Monday, February 27th. Harold was born on August 2, 1943, in Houston, Texas to Donald and Lenora “Jane” Giboney. He was faithful and a very dedicated member of Northeast Houston Freeway Baptist Church. He served his country in the United States Army being honorably discharged from the Army in 1967. He graduated from college with a degree in Electrical Engineering, and he joined the local Electrical Workers Union and obtained a career at Houston Lighting and Power where he started as a Lineman and retired after 33 years of service.
Our best memories involve hanging out at the Lake Livingston and Lake Sam Rayburn houses on the lake. He loved to go fishing, treasure hunting with his metal detectors, visit with close friends, collecting rocks and planting trees. He was preceded in death by his parents Donald and Jane Giboney.
He is survived by his wife Ina, daughter Dawn, son Morgan and wife Roberta, granddaughter’s Madalynn and Ashley, grandson Scott and wife LeeAnn, sisters Donna, Daisy, sister & brother in laws, and many nieces and nephews along with his church family at Northeast Houston Freeway Baptist Church.
