James Kirby Sweeney

James Kirby Sweeney, “Jamie”, 4, gained his angel wings on Tuesday, June 30th, 2020. He was born in Baytown, Texas on October 28, 2015 to his parents, Kathryn Elizabeth Jane Soles and Lyle Sweeney. Jamie loved all things Paw Patrol, Toy Story, Lion King, and Looney Toons. No matter what time of year it was, he would listen to Christmas music. Jamie was your typical little boy who loved running, playing, swimming, and bubbles. He touched the lives of many and will be missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by, his great-grandparents, Elizabeth Gonzalez, Jane and Herman Brough.

Jamie is survived by his parents, Kathryn Soles and Lyle Sweeney; sister, Lily LeBouef great-great-grandmother, Gloria Lambert; great-grandparents, Ricky and Elizabeth Soles; grandparents, Larry and Susan Soles; Uncles and Aunts include: Terry and Christina Baker, Tammy and Richard McMillan, Holly and Carlos Martinez, Christopher Soles, Amanda and Robert Moore, Ray and Regina LeBouef, Godfather Rolando Pardo, Godmother Hannah Bickers, Cousins, Tristan and Lane Moore, Emily Elizabeth Brewer Soles, and Mary Danielle Soles, and a host of extended family and friends.

Friends are invited to visit with the family and to share memories from 3:00p.m. to 5:00p.m. on Tuesday, July 7th, 2020 at Sterling-White Funeral Home. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sterling-White Funeral Home, 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd., Highlands, Texas 77562.
