Tribute

Kathleen Frazier, 65, of Mont Belvieu, Texas, went home peacefully to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 4, 2020.

She was born on May 31, 1955, in Babylon, NY, the late Vincent and Dorothy (Dreher) O'Shaughnessy.

Kathleen was known for her love for the lord, her quick wit, and her kind and compassionate spirit. She was a passionate giver, as she touched endless lives with her many creative talents. A master crafter, she willingly sewed, quilted and knitted for her family, friends, congregation and community. Her hands were rarely still.

Kathleen pursued many interests, some of which include her love for gardening and working on various types of crafts. She faithfully participated and served in numerous activities, at Memorial Baptist Church. As Regional Director of the Write Way Prison Ministry, her group helped tens of thousands of men and women to know and follow Christ. She volunteered in her church’s Awana program and often looked forward to her weekly Life Group gatherings.

Kathleen leaves behind to cherish her loving memory her beloved husband Kenneth Frazier; her half-brother Vincent O'Shaughnessy; her children Brian Cummings and wife Cassandra, and Monica Clancy and husband Michael; her grandchildren, Adeline Cummings, Evie Cummings, Maddox Clancy, Aidan Clancy and Alexa Clancy, and a host of other loving relatives and friends. She treasured her family and embraced every moment with them.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kathleen’s honor to The Prison Ministry at Memorial Baptist Church, 600 W Sterling Ave, Baytown, Texas, 77520.

This gentle, loving, caring and wonderful woman has left a permanent mark etched on our hearts and will be supremely missed. Please join us in celebrating Kathleen’s life on Thursday, August 20, 2020, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Memorial Baptist Church, 600 W Sterling, Baytown, TX 77520.
