Lannie Marion Emfinger

Lannie Marion Emfinger, 72, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 31, 2017. He was born on April 24, 1945 in Jonesville, Louisiana to Virgle Emfinger and Juanita Tarver Emfinger. He was selfless, loving, caring, and had a great sense of humor. Lannie enjoyed woodworking, fishing, and hunting. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren. Lannie will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Stacey Emfinger Cream; brother, Virgil Emfinger, Jr.; and sisters, Jeannet Ryan, Nita Faye Gibson, and Catherine Minchew.

Lannie is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Mary Emfinger; son, Lannie Emfinger, Jr.; grandson, Aaron Emfinger; granddaughter, Jordan Gill; great-grandsons, Dylan Emfinger and Gavin Emfinger; great-granddaughters, Emrie Gill and Emma Emfinger; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of extended family and friends.
