Larry Ronald Williams Jr.

Larry Ronald Williams Jr., 52, of Huffman, Texas passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018. He was born on May 12, 1966 in Houston, Texas to Larry Ronald Williams, Sr. and Doris Marie Shelton. Larry loved spending time with his family especially his grandchildren. Some of his hobbies were hunting, fishing, camping, dirt track racing, barbequeing, and teaching things to his grandsons. If Larry heard of anyone in need, he would try whatever means to assist even if it was just a word of encouragement. Larry and Angie were members of Cypress Point Baptist Church for many years, where he taught the RA and Youth Program. He touched the lives of many and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Jessica Williams; mother, Doris Shelton; step-mother, Hester Williams; brothers, Virgil Crenshaw and Jerry Williams; nephew, Chris Hedrick; aunts; uncles; and grandparents.

Larry is survived by his wife of 35 years, Angie Williams; father, Larry Williams,Sr.; daughter, Jennifer Williams; son, Robert Williams and wife Molly; grandchildren, Lance Wilcox, Cameron Wilcox, Serenity Williams, Cambria Williams, Rafael Peña, and Pamela Matthews; brother, Donald Crenshaw and wife Cindy; sisters, Janice Grimm and husband Keith, Linda Quade, Debra Crenshaw, and Wendy Bassinger; and a host of extended family and friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 5:00pm – 7:00 pm at Cypress Point Baptist Church, 21 Blue Lake Dr., Huffman, TX 77336. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 7:00pm. Arrangements have been entrusted to Sterling White Funeral Home, 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd., Highlands, Texas 77562.
