Lydia Casiano Garcia

Lydia Casiano Garcia, 50, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 29, 2018. She was born in Corpus Christi, Texas on February 29, 1968 to Jose M. Casiano and Maria Bernal LeGrant. She was very loving and had an outgoing personality. Lydia enjoyed coloring, cooking, baking, and making projects with her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Jesusa P. Casiano, Alfredo Casiano Sr., Agustina Campos Bernal, and Guadalupe Bernal.

Lydia is survived by her beloved husband, Aristotle Garcia; son, Michael Balderas, Jr., and wife Nikki; daughter, Alyssa Jeannette Casiano, and husband Joe; father, Jose M. Casiano; mother, Maria LeGrant; brothers, JoseA. Casiano and Placido Casiano, Jr.; sister-in-law, Mary H. Garza; sisters, Lynda Casiano, Gina Rodriguez, Michelle Rojas, Graciela Cristan, Sylvia Casiano, Tina Haugen and husband Andrew, Dawn Huml and husband Jason, and Nicole Howard and husband Jeremy; step-son, Kristopher Garcia and wife Maria; step-daughter, Brytney Torres and husband Albert; ten grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at Sterling White Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will immediately follow at 7:00pm.
