Malcolm Kenneth Cole, 79, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, August 22, 2018. He was born on December 4, 1938 in Brooklyn, New York to Malcolm Cole and Jessie Sprat Cole. He was a loving, laidback, and appreciative gentleman. Malcolm enjoyed riding motorcycles, singing, and spending time with family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Malcolm Cole and Jessie Sprat Cole; sister, Margret Gurley; brother, Tom Cole; daughter, Francis “Kitten” Sheppard; son, Ben “Pistol” Cannon; and grandson, Ben Sheppard.
Malcolm is survived by his beloved wife of 42 years, Betty Cole; sons, Scott Cole and wife Connie, and Russell Cannon; daughter, Julie Fox; grandsons, Jeremy Cannon and wife Jamie, Jonathan Cole, Daniel Cole, and Ian Lewis; granddaughters, Keeton Cannon and Annie Davis; granddaughter-in-law, Rachel Sheppard; great-grandsons, Lawson Cannon, Davin Cannon, and Ben Sheppard; great-granddaughters, Harper Grace Cannon and Laney Sheppard; nieces, Tammy Lucas and Jackie Pitman and husband Mike; great-nieces, Ryan Pitman and Kelsey Pitman; and a host of extended family and friends.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at Sterling White Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will follow at 4:00pm.
