Marvin Masters

Marvin Masters, 75 years old, of Hankamer, passed away on Sunday February 19th, 2023 after a sudden illness.

Marvin Masters was born on August 25, 1947, to M.L. Curly Masters & Lillie Masters in Borger, Texas. After Marvin graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in 1965, he went on to join the United States Air Force and served in the Vietnam War.

After completing his duty in the Airforce, he was certified as a welder and began his career at Celanese Chemicals Company.

On July 7, 1967, Marvin married Geraldine Alma Dahlquist. Marvin and Gerrie went on to have two children, Lynda L. Masters Leblanc and Kelly R. Masters

In 2007, Marvin retired and spent his time fishing, bird watching, wood working, crocheting and spending time witch his grandchildren. 

Marvin is survived by Gerrie Masters, wife, Lynda Masters Leblanc, daughter, Gene Leblanc, son in law, Kelly Masters, son, Lori Masters Wilhite, daughter in law, Kathy Molina, sister, Tim Molina, brother in law, Debbie Elliott, sister,  and the his grandchildren Reagan Leblanc, Adam Leblanc, Savanah Masters and Maci Masters.

Services will be held at Sterling White Funeral Home in Highlands, TX. on February 28, 2023. The viewing will be held from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with the funeral to follow at 12:00 pm.
