Melanie Anne Osgood, 61, of Baytown, passed away April 8, 2021, at home with her loving family by her side.

Melanie was born in Baytown, Texas on January 4, 1960. She graduated from Ross S. Sterling High School in 1978. She had a dedicated career in the oil & gas/chemical industries with her most recent service as a Lead Purchasing agent for Stronghold Companies.

Melanie was a strong-willed and independent woman throughout her life. Melanie had a deep faith and was a known Christian. She enjoyed being outdoors, camping, working in her flowerbeds, and caring for all her farm animals. Melanie was a passionate animal welfare advocate and cared for many sick or injured animals. She was a member of and donated to many animal foundations around the world. Over the years she spent many hours riding horses and making memories with friends and family. Her children and grandchildren were her pride and joy, she was so proud of them and loved them with every inch of her beautiful soul. 

Melanie was a loving mother, sister, daughter, grandmother, and aunt. She was a great friend to many, and a warm heart to all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her brother Steven Eddleman; brother-in-law Gregg Fulton, grandparents Earl and Lorene Wood, and Woodrow and Mary Eddleman. 

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her parents: Joe and Patsy Eddleman, children: Chelsea Pulsifer, Brittani Pulsifer, Justin Pulsifer and daughter-in-law Jennifer Pulsifer. Sister: Jennifer Fulton-Townsend and husband Bill Townsend. Two grandchildren: Jameson Pulsifer and Landon Patton. Nieces and nephews: Brooke, Shane, Michael, Ashley, Amanda, Margaret and Craig Speers, Cody, Craig, Destanie, and many other loved ones. 

Friends are invited to visit with family Thursday, April 15, 2021, from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm in the Chapel of Sterling~White Funeral Home. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 16, 2021, at 10:00 am in the Chapel of Sterling~White Funeral Home 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, Texas 77562
