Michael Trent Dyson

Michael Trent Dyson, 34, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 12, 2017. He was born on September 13, 1982 in Channelview, Texas to Ricky Paul Dyson and Betty Ann Richard Dyson. Michael had a kindhearted and easy-going personality and would try to make sure that everyone was happy. He was a great father who cared for his son, Michael. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and loved his family. Michael will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Elvin “Pooney” Richard; grandmother, Laverne Richard; step-grandmother, Annie Lee Richard; grandfather, Paul Dyson; and grandmother, Laverne Dyson.

Michael is survived by his son, Michael Paul Dyson; parents, Ricky and Betty Dyson; brothers, Jeff Dyson and wife Ginger, and Derrick Dyson and wife Tanya; and a host of extended family and friends. Serving as pallbearers will be Derrick Dyson, Cameron Dyson, Scott Dyson, Jeff Dyson, William Richard, and “Bubba” Jared Collins. Honorary pallbearer will be Kaden Stelly.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, September 15, 2017 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at Sterling-White Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 pm on Saturday, September 16, 2017 also at Sterling White Funeral Home. Interment will be in Sterling White Cemetery.
