Paula Faye (Bright) Murray

Paula Faye (Bright) Murray, 63, passed away on September 5th surrounded in days prior by love from family and friends.

Paula grew up in Galena Park, attended Galena Park High School, and has stayed close to the area and her family throughout her life. A loving wife and incredible "Momma" to her children, Paula found her true calling in being Grammy to her five grandchildren. Paula was known for her calming affection towards others, her clever wit, and her unfailing devotion to her family.

Paula holds a permanent place in the heart of her husband of 43 years, J.B., and in the hearts her children, Jacob (Laura), Melissa (Kyle), and Dylan. Her 5 grandchildren, Bannon, Baines, Molly, Leighton, and Elliot will remember their Grammy for her laugh and the love-filled memories she made with each of them. She leaves behind her mother, Tommie, mother in law, Betty, and siblings Johnny (Lulu), Marilyn, and Jay (Sandy) in addition to numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

A visitation will be held Monday, September 11, 2023 at Sterling-White Home from 5pm- 8pm. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10:00 AM on Tuesday, September 12th at Sterling-White Funeral Home. Flowers and condolences may be offered at 11011 Crosby Lynchburg Rd. Highlands, TX 77562.
