Quinnie Juanita Millis Corley- age 89 passed away Thursday March 12, 2020 in Baytown. Juanita was born September 6, 1930 in Mendenhall, Mississippi the daughter of the late George John Millis and Bessie Berry Millis. Juanita enjoyed painting and working on folk art. She served her church as a Sunday School teacher for many years and WMU Ladies Missionary work. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and worked with the Order of Rainbows for Girls. Juanita and Flynt owned Greens Bayou Utility Co. where she was the bookkeeper and office manager. Juanita's love in life was to be with her family and especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, three sisters, and her beloved husband Flynt Corley. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son Reggie Corley (Julie), daughters Faye Holloway, Bebe Johnson, and Mary Mims (Dan). In addition she leaves her seven grandchildren: Alicia Eberlan; Wesley Holloway (Jasmine); Flynt Holloway; Kim Johnson; Curtis Drobina; Arthur Mims (Virginia); and Amanda Mims (Jenn). Juanita also leaves nine great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family. Her caregiver for several years was Theresa Kuykendall.
