Rebecca Ann Yates-Bedair, 44, of Crosby, Texas passed away on Thursday, April 14, 2022 in Houston, Texas. She was born October 7, 1977 in Houston, Texas to parents Jacquelyn Ann Yates and Ronnie Wade Yates. Rebecca is preceded in death by her father Ronnie Wade Yates; father-in-law Andrew Warner Bedair; and both sets of grandparents.

She is survived by her husband of 20 years Brett Andrew Bedair; her two children Clayton Wade Yates and Colson Warner Bedair; mother Jacquelyn Ann Yates; sisters; Jennifer Gayle Heichelheim and Kimberly Renée Yates; mother in law Nancy Bedair; Patricia Yates and numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews. 

Rebecca was raised in Channelview, Texas and graduated from Channelview High School. She later moved to Crosby where she lived for many years and loved dearly her family and lifetime friends from the area.  She worked and loved working in the Banking Industry until she became ill. She also loved baking ever since she was a sophomore in High School where she won 1st place for her cake at the Channelview Fair; she loved cooking different recipes and learning more about cooking healthy. She loved taking care of her family and even taught her sons to bake and cook. She enjoyed listening to music especially Classic Country. Rebecca also became very good at planning parties and made them very special for family. She was an avid sports fan and especially loved her Astros baseball team. She also loved her fur-babies, Isabel, Myles, and Watson. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A graveside service will take place 10:30 a.m., Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Sterling-White Cemetery, Highlands, Texas. In honor of Becky you can wear your Houston Astros shirts.

In lieu of flowers you can donate to the Lupus Foundation or Harbor Hospice Houston TX.
