Sara Elizabeth Young Jenkins "Beth"

Sara Elizabeth Young Jenkins “Beth”, of Spring, TX, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023, at the age of 72. She was born October 24, 1951, in Greensboro, GA, to the late Billy Hardeman Young and Betty Jean Rowland Young.

Beth was a kind and caring person who truly lived life to help and serve others. She always went above and beyond to help whether she knew you or just met you. She cherished her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Her pleasures included, making puzzles, board games, reading her bible, and chatting on the phone with her sisters and loved ones. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt, friend, and so much more to so many and will be missed dearly.

She is survived by her children Jeffrey Jenkins and wife Laura Jenkins, Nelson Phillips and wife Cheryl Phillips; grandchildren Elisia, Heaven, Bobby, Alex, Victoria, Jeffrey Jr, Mia, Brandon, Krystal, Dylan, Alexis, and several great grandchildren; sisters Connie, Janice, and Virginia; special nieces and nephews Peggy, Billy, Melinda, and Shawn, and numerous other relatives and friends, including the children she raised with her late husband, Bobby Jenkins Sr., Terry (Deidra), Donny (Stephanie), Janie, Kathy, Wanda, Bobbie Jo, Rodney, Marie, and Bobby Jr.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Sterling-White Funeral Home, 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd, Highlands, TX with viewing to begin at 10am and services starting at 12pm officiated by Shane Bryant.
