Tracie Jean (Reed) Barron

Tracie Jean Barron left this world to be with her Lord on May 21, 2023.  She was born on September 3, 1966. She was preceded in death by her mother Peggy Henderson, brother Keith Edward Reed, stepfather Jack Henderson, grandfather and grandmother Jack and Bernice Casey.

Tracie was an extraordinarily devoted daughter, mother, and Cee-Cee. Tracie was very thoughtful and she had the gift of putting that thoughtfulness into action in meaningful ways. There was nothing that Tracie enjoyed more than having fun with her family, friends and pups. She would do almost anything to make people laugh. Tracie faced obstacles and  sufferings in her life with outstanding strength and determination, overcoming challenges which seemed to be insurmountable. Tracie’s love and devotion, her strength in the face of adversity, and her quirky and bright sense of humor will never be forgotten. Her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.

Tracie is survived by her son Kaiden Barron and fiancé Alexis, daughter Jacie and husband Anthony Cervantes, grandchildren Jocie and Jack Cervantes, father Roy Reed and wife Marilyn, step brothers Jack Randall and wife Brandy and their children and Justin Henderson and wife Liz and their children, aunt and uncle Patty and Tommy Reed. Tracie also leaves behind special friends and cousins Debbi Stockwell, Kim Steadham, Randy Casey, the Mike and Kristi Maris family, the  Jace and Courtland Holloway family, and partner Mike Larpenter.

Honoring the family as pall bearers are Denton Lucas, Joesean Rowan, Randy Casey, Tim Swick, Kevin Holbrook, Anthony Cervantes, Jace Holloway, and Mike Maris. Honorary pall bearers are Charlie Ward, Jack Randall Henderson, Justin Henderson, Mike Larpenter, Kaiden Barron, Frank Henderson, Butch Henderson, Ronnie Galloway, Jason Barron, and Pee Wee Farmer.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, May 25, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Sterling-White Funeral Home, 11011 Crosby-Lynchburg Rd., Highlands, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 26, 2023 at Sterling-White Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow and will be held at Memory Gardens Cemetery at 8624 Garth Rd, Baytown, Texas at approximately 2:30 PM. Family and friends will be gathering for food and drinks following the Graveside service at 9319 Haney Road, Highlands, Texas 77562.
