Dan has been my friend since 1969 or so, he was hard to know, but once you got to know him he was a "one of a kind" of person. we did everything together, rode mini bikes, motorcycles, and worked on our old cars and trucks to make it on Friday and Saturday nights to ride Texas avenue back and forth. worked together at many motorcycle shops together, when i had my wreck Dan would come get me and tote me around because i was in a body cast. and like brothers sometimes we would fight each other, but always made friends again. he was my buddy and best friend and will be sorely missed. Rest in Peace my friend.
